Military Account Manager
Job Description
As a Military Account Manager at SupplyCore, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by prospecting, building, and successfully maintaining and expanding strong military customer relationships. You will coordinate heavily with internal teams and the supply chain to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales opportunities by proactively working with Military/Federal customer end-users
- Establish Dealer of Record relationships and negotiate best possible margins
- Expand customer base by researching and identifying opportunities
- Collaborate internally to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns
- Maintain detailed documentation within CRM software
- Travel to military bases, trade shows, and industry events (approx 50% travel)
Qualifications
- Higher education preferred; military experience may be considered in lieu of civilian experience
- Proven success in selling products and solutions
- Based near a major airport with flexibility to travel frequently (driver's license required)
- Experience in military service and government procurement/bidding highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- PC proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) and Microsoft Suite
