Job Description
Provides follow-up of bariatric surgery patients. Participates in community outreach activities. Completes medical records, coding and billing schedules. Provides consultation on bariatric surgical issues. Provides bariatric surgery coverage on an on-call capacity.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in medicine
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree
- Completion of general surgery residency
- Board certified or board eligible in general surgery
