Manager - Adventure Operations
Job Description
The Adventure Operations Manager will play a key role across The Red Sea and Amaala destinations, working closely with senior adventure management to oversee adventure assets and expand a diverse inland adventure program for all visiting guests. This role is responsible for supporting the operational rollout of the adventure program, delivering training across the business, and fostering strong collaboration with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and growth of unique adventure sports offerings
- Support training, operations, and delivery of inland adventure and action sports activities
- Oversee compliance of guides, staff, and activities with venue-specific SOPs
- Lead and support a team of guides, instructors, and junior instructors
- Ensure all inland adventure venues, equipment, and related assets are properly maintained, safe, and clean
- Actively promote and advocate for all adventure activities within the wider project
- Participate in regular reviews with senior adventure management
- Apply and enforce international adventure rules and regulations
- Adhere to all functional policies, processes, SOPs, and work instructions
- Implement safety, quality, and environmental policies
Qualifications
- Wilderness First Aid Certification (or equivalent), valid for at least 6 months.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the tourism industry (experience in Saudi Arabia preferred).
- Proven track record in delivering adventure sports activities within luxury hospitality or resort environments.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) required; Arabic or additional languages a strong advantage.
