IP Lawyer
Job Description
A prominent confectionery and bakery client is hiring a dynamic IP Lawyer to support its growing intellectual property needs. Can fully own and manage all trademark-related matters within the company. Is proactive and capable of developing a long-term trademark protection strategy.
Responsibilities
- Full management of trademark registrations worldwide
- Monitoring application statuses and ensuring timely communication
- Coordinating work with local IP consultants
- Conducting legal risk assessments and providing recommendations
- Preparing and filing documents
- Monitoring potential infringements and preparing responses/oppositions
- Providing legal support to marketing and product teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
- At least 2 years of experience in intellectual property
- Hands-on experience with trademark registrations
- Solid understanding of international procedures (Madrid System, national filings, etc.)
- English proficiency
