System Supervisor
Job Description
Lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure and system administration functions. Responsible for ensuring stability, security, and efficient operation of IT systems.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily operations of the system administration team
- Oversee installation and maintenance of servers and enterprise applications
- Ensure security of IT infrastructure including networks and storage
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Develop and enforce IT policies and best practices
- Plan and execute system upgrades and backups
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- 5-7 years of experience in system administration, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Professional certifications like MCSE or CCNA/CCNP preferred
