Customer Success Manager, Circle Plus
Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to drive the success of our premium-tier customers. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, guiding customers through onboarding and adoption, and helping them maximize the value of our platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for premium customers
- Conduct strategy sessions to guide customers
- Analyze usage data to identify risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Qualifications
- Proficient in English (CEFR Level C2 / ILR Level 5)
- 4+ years of experience in SaaS Customer Success, community management, or working with creators
