Showroom Operations Manager
Job Description
Management role responsible for daily operations of a premium showroom, sales performance, and service standards. Requires experience in the premium segment (tableware, lifestyle, home décor).
Responsibilities
- Full operational management of the showroom
- Team management (sales consultants): scheduling, discipline, training
- Execution of sales plans and KPIs
- Control of conversion rate, average ticket and customer experience
- Handling VIP clients and complex customer cases
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Showroom Manager or Retail Manager in a premium segment
- Excellent English and excellent Russian
- Arabic is a strong advantage
