Steelwork Package Manager
Job Description
The Steelwork Package Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, delivery, erection, and commercial performance of the structural and secondary steelwork packages on the project. The role ensures that steelwork is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the contract requirements.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the steelwork package
- Develop and manage steelwork program
- Manage interface between contractors and design teams
- Manage steelwork subcontractor contracts
- Oversee site erection activities
- Ensure works are sequenced safely
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing steelwork packages on large construction projects
