Join our dynamic Product Team at Arrow! In this back-office role, you will support our customer-facing, Sales and Customer Service colleagues. Your responsibilities will include fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog
- Expedite factory purchase orders to meet demands
- Match open orders to customer backlog
- Maintain manual bonds for non-e-compass accounts
- Manage consignment billings and EDI ship-complete
Qualifications
- English on min B2 level
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Customer Service, Order Management or Sales experience
