Job Description
The Warehouse Operations Manager will oversee warehouse activities, focusing on inventory management and team leadership, with an emphasis on FMCG, particularly frozen items and high SKU volumes. Work schedule: 6 days a week, 1 day off.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control and stock levels to optimize storage and minimize waste
- Coordinate logistics to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular audits
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Prepare performance metrics and reports for management, focusing on inventory trends and SKU management
Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG, particularly with frozen goods and high SKU management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficient in warehouse operations
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Indian Candidates are preferred and should be under 45 years of age
