Supervisor – Hypermarket
Job Description
We are seeking experienced Supervisors – Hypermarket to manage daily operations within assigned categories. The role focuses on staff supervision, stock control, merchandising standards, and customer service excellence while achieving sales and operational targets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned department and team members
- Ensure product availability, FIFO compliance, and proper stock rotation
- Monitor sales performance and support achievement of department targets
- Maintain merchandising, hygiene, cleanliness, and display standards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service escalations
- Coordinate with inventory, receiving, and store operations teams
- Train, guide, and motivate staff to improve productivity and discipline
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–5 years hypermarket/supermarket experience
- Category-specific experience is mandatory
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred
