Stock Control Clerk
Job Description
Reporting to the Production Control Lead, the Stock Control Clerk in Kuwait is responsible for ordering and receiving Class II, III, and IV materials through the GCSS-A system. The role involves monitoring inventory, maintaining documentation like DD1348-1A, and producing management reports. The clerk also provides technical assistance and ensures inventory is counted monthly and quarterly.
Responsibilities
- Order and receive Class II, III, and IV supplies via GCSS System
- Pack and unpack items for stockroom or warehouse storage
- Submit and pick-up work orders (DA Form 2407-E/5988-E)
- Interface with GCSS-A for tracking materials
- Ensures document retention for items turned in to DRMO
- Produce and analyze daily production reports
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license from country of origin
- Associates degree in Supply Chain Management preferred
- GCSS Certification desired
