Responsible for customer support in Algeria for GEVernova Grid Solutions portfolio. Own the resolution of project and post-sales technical customer issues.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve product problems
  • Support repair/modification of products
  • Promote Maintenance service agreements
  • Collaborate with Product Management

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years in Applications/Engineering/commissioning of protection and control
  • Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree
  • Fluent Arabic/French and English
