Job Description
Responsible for customer support in Algeria for GEVernova Grid Solutions portfolio. Own the resolution of project and post-sales technical customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve product problems
- Support repair/modification of products
- Promote Maintenance service agreements
- Collaborate with Product Management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in Applications/Engineering/commissioning of protection and control
- Electronics/Electrical Engineering degree
- Fluent Arabic/French and English
