Business Development Executive
Job Description
Responsible for overseeing and executing all sales activities within the assigned area of responsibility. The role focuses on proactively driving business development, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the hotel’s overall revenue objectives.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales action plans for assigned market segments
- Conduct daily sales calls, client meetings, and market visits
- Coordinate and host site inspections for prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with corporate and government partners
- Participate in weekly Sales & Marketing meetings
- Collaborate with Revenue Management and Operations teams
- Apply effective negotiation skills to optimize revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in hotel sales or a hospitality-related role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred
- Saudi National Only
- Proactive, confident, and client-focused
- Good working knowledge of computer applications and sales systems
