This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo and Alexandria for a Customer Service Specialist. In this role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer interactions with efficiency and empathy.
  • Providing tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and professional phone etiquette.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English is a MUST! (B2/C1 level)
  • Strong skills in Customer Service & Customer Support
  • Proven ability to enhance Customer Satisfaction & Customer Experience
  • Problem-solving, active listening, & attention to detail
  • Experience in a customer-facing role and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus!
  • Flexibility with night & overnight shifts is essential
  • Proficiency in professional phone etiquette & communication techniques is a plus
