Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Hypermarket / Supermarket in the UAE. Responsible for driving sales, managing staff, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage overall operations of the Hypermarket
- Lead, motivate, and supervise store employees
- Oversee inventory management and ordering
- Monitor sales performance
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain communication with suppliers and vendors
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a retail Hypermarket / Supermarket
