We are exclusively partnering with a globally recognised luxury house to appoint a Store Director for its flagship boutique in Riyadh. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for the boutique’s commercial performance, client experience, and team culture. This is a highly visible position within the organisation. The Store Director will act as the custodian of the brand within Riyadh, ensuring the boutique consistently reflects the standards, values, and prestige associated with one of the world’s leading luxury maisons. The role requires a balance of commercial discipline, client sophistication, and strong leadership presence. Role Overview: The Store Director will take full ownership of all boutique operations, ensuring excellence across client experience, team leadership, and financial performance. Working within a flagship environment, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards while driving sustainable commercial growth. The boutique serves a loyal and discerning clientele, requiring a leader who understands how to nurture long-term relationships while continuing to strengthen the brand’s presence within the local luxury landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Leading, developing, and mentoring the boutique team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and excellence
  • Acting as the primary ambassador of the brand, building and maintaining relationships with VIP clients, collectors, and key members of the local luxury community
  • Driving commercial performance through effective management of sales, productivity, and operational discipline
  • Ensuring all boutique operations align with global brand standards, maintaining consistency across service, presentation, and client experience
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across Retail, Client Experience, Merchandising, HR, and Marketing
  • Overseeing boutique operations including reporting, staffing, inventory management, and performance monitoring, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution
