Job Description

AYCE Capital is looking for an addition to the Executive Operations team. This role offers the freedom to work independently, remotely, and the chance to grow working directly with the Operating Partner. The Executive Assistant would be responsible to support and coordinate the day-to-day operations and administration for the Operations team.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize data across the organization for internal analysis
  • Conduct external research for initiatives and roadblocks
  • Handle ongoing communication and coordination of stakeholders
  • Represent AYCE’s Executive team in interactions
  • Support portfolio companies with service and administrative duties
  • Develop relationships with Portfolio Company Presidents and CEOs
  • Organize team meetings

Qualifications

  • Located in Ontario, preferably in or close to the Greater Toronto Area
  • 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • High emotional intelligence
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, & PowerPoint
  • Valid passport and ability to travel
