As a Retail Manager for L'Oréal Luxe in Jeddah, you will be the driving force behind the success of our multi-brand Free-Standing Stores (FSS). Reporting to the Retail Director, you will lead your teams to deliver exceptional sales performance and create an unparalleled brand experience for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Lead Retail Performance: Define and deliver ambitious sales targets, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and ensure the profitability of each store.
- Develop & Coach Your Team: Recruit, develop, and motivate Store Managers and Beauty Advisors, building succession plans to nurture talent and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Drive Brand Strategy & Image: Bringing brands to life in-store, ensuring flawless execution of visual merchandising, managing brand events, and maintaining consistent brand storytelling.
- Optimize Operations & Client Experience: Oversee stock planning to inventory management, drive a strong clienteling culture, and use customer data to enhance the in-store experience.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
