Job Description
The Front Desk is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting visitors, handling incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage visitor logbooks
- Coordinate with HR for interview candidates
- Receive and sort incoming mail
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
- Provide administrative support
Qualifications
