Senior Presales Engineer
Job Description
The Senior Pre-sales Engineer is accountable for driving sales opportunities through technical presentations, demonstrations, and solution designs, ensuring seamless implementation and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales opportunities through technical presentations and POCs
- Participate in technical sales cadence calls
- Assist in solution deployment and customer onboarding post-sale
- Deliver customer training and user documentation
- Provide technical product enablement to channel resources
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to qualify opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any other related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Technical Pre-Sales
- Strong exposure to the Levant market
- Background in the IT industry, ideally with experience in data management solutions
