Human Resources Business Partner
Job Description
Ascen is seeking a proactive and seasoned HR Business Partner. Reporting directly to the Director of HR, you will serve as a critical link between HR operations and our workforce, ensuring a high level of service and compliance across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues
- Manage HR Investigations and UI claims
- Oversee EPLI claims management
- Manage time-off requests and leaves of absence (FMLA, ADA, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Director of HR to implement policies
Qualifications
- 5-8 years of progressive HR experience
- Must hold a SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
