Sales Operations Executive
Job Description
Support revenue teams to sell more efficiently through planning and analysis. Responsible for lead management, payment channel sustainability, and operational excellence for dubizzle Egypt.
Responsibilities
- Track sales funnels and provide business insights
- Manage leads management processes for direct sales
- Ensure sustainability of payment channels
- Manage couriers, invoicing, and shipment tracking
- Provide monthly reporting on revenue and sales figures
- Support the sales team through operational excellence
- Liaise with CRM product experts to enhance system flows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field
