HR Operation Lead
Job Description
Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee life-cycle. Drives process excellence and continuous improvement while aligning HR Operations with business strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end to end employee lifecycle process (payroll, benefits, records)
- Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law
- Cooperate with payroll vendors
- Prepare and manage internal/external audits related to HR Operations
- Manage budget and reporting regarding Labor cost
- Act as the owner of HR Systems like Workday and ServiceNow
- Develop HR metrics and dashboards
Qualifications
- Professional proficiency in English
- Experience with Turkish Labor Law and regulations
- Experience managing payroll and employee records
