Transport Manager (Gebze)
Job Description
Responsible for monitoring transportation performance through KPI dashboards and driving productivity projects at Henkel Gebze site.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance management of transportation service providers
- Take ownership of productivity initiatives using CI methodologies
- Oversee outbound delivery and return operations
- Support logistics purchasing in contract negotiations
- Manage and coach the transportation planning team
Qualifications
- BSc/BA in relevant areas
- 6 to 8 years of logistics experience (multinational company preferred)
- Excellent oral and written English
- Advanced user of MS Office
