Visual Merchandiser & Stock Associate - ALO Beirut
Job Description
The VM & Stock Associate supports the Visual Merchandising and Stock functions to ensure store standards, product presentation, and stock operations are executed efficiently. The role provides operational continuity and flexibility by supporting both VM and stock activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing VM guidelines in line with brand standards
- Support window displays, floor layouts, and product placement
- Replenish the shop floor promptly
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, tagging, and storing merchandise
- Support inventory counts, stock transfers, and replenishment
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of retail stockroom and VM experience (fashion or lifestyle retail preferred)
- Knowledge of stock handling, replenishment, and basic inventory procedures
