Client Project Manager
Job Description
Responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex. Interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation.
Responsibilities
- Leads and directs concurrent standard or complex projects
- Ensures client satisfaction and manage escalations
- Manage the delivery of projects including scope control
- Documentation and management of risks and issues
- Provide pre-sales support and scoping
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management
- Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required
