Job Description

As an Account Executive at Alaan, you will be at the forefront of driving growth across the Middle East by proactively sourcing and closing new business opportunities. This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for building a pipeline from prospecting to closure.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound channels
  • Own the entire sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce

Qualifications

  • 2-3 Years of experience in a lead-generating or outbound B2B sales role, ideally within a SaaS or tech-driven environment
  • Strong consultative selling skills
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
