Sales Executive – Fit-Out & Construction | Russian Speaker
Job Description
Vistron Building Contracting LLC is an approvals, fitout and construction company In Dubai. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fit-out and construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, proven sales performance, and in-depth knowledge of the local fit-out and construction market.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business opportunities within the UAE fit-out and construction sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Identify project opportunities, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure accurate submissions
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Attend client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular sales reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the UAE fit-out and/or construction industry
- Must be Russian Speaker
- Valid UAE driving license
