People Strategy Manager
Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 1. People Strategy & Workforce Planning. Develop and execute a multi-year people strategy aligned with business growth plans. Lead strategic workforce planning (supply–demand, skills gap, succession pipelines). Build people analytics dashboards to enable leadership decision-making. Design organizational structures that optimize cost, agility, and capability depth.

Qualifications
- 7–9 years progressive HR / People Strategy / HRBP / OD experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Organizational Psychology or related field
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM) preferred
