Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Sales Department at Ninja. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing partner restaurants, ensuring their satisfaction and success on the Ninja platform.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for existing partner restaurants
- Conduct regular check-ins with partners to review performance
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to partners
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Acquisition and Operations
- Monitor partner performance metrics and KPIs
- Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
- Cross-selling NCR products and monitor ROI for partners
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or sales roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
