Account & Business Development Director
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading client servicing teams to manage client accounts, from managing relationships, to developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns for local, regional, and international brands. The candidate should have an entrepreneurial mindset, and an outgoing personality with a proven ability to lead new business development efforts for the agency.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow client accounts, ensuring effective communication and seamless project delivery
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with a strong focus on social media marketing
- Create and manage engaging, innovative, and results-driven social media content calendars
- Oversee ATL/BTL/digital projects and processes
- Collaborate with clients to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teams, and stakeholders
- Support new business development efforts to grow current client pool
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in multinational advertising agencies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
