Group Director Enterprise Solutions - Abu Dubai
Job Description
We are seeking a senior technology leader to join a premier diversified holding company in Abu Dhabi as the Group Director of Enterprise Solutions. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology and Information Officer, you will act as a critical strategic partner to business executives across the group. You will inherit a pipeline of 15 to 20 large-scale initiatives, requiring a leader who can balance the delivery of future platforms with the continuous improvement of current operations.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to business executives across the group
- Oversee multiple levels of leadership including Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents
- Hold end-to-end accountability for the entire business-facing technology landscape
- Lead a core central team of 8 to 10 direct reports and a wider delivery ecosystem of 50 to 60 specialists
- Manage the full lifecycle of major enterprise platforms such as ERP (SAP or Oracle), Finance, HCM, and CRM
- Manage a pipeline of 15 to 20 large-scale initiatives
- Manage strategic vendor relationships and complex delivery ecosystems
- Infuse automation and AI into large scale enterprise operations
Qualifications
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in enterprise technology leadership within large, diversified organizations
- Must have led massive end to end ERP transformations
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
