Senior Sales Director, UAE - CX, CCaaS Solutions
Job Description
Our client provides a cloud-based communications platform that enables businesses to run voice, messaging, and omnichannel customer engagement workflows without traditional telephony infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Own enterprise revenue growth in UAE with focus on AI-led CX transformation
- Personally drive strategic accounts while building a scalable GTM motion
- Manage and coach a team of Account Directors and CX leaders
- Lead consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders
- Partner closely with Product, Presales, Marketing, and Delivery
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Familiarity with AI, CX platforms, CCaaS, SaaS, or digital transformation
- Proven ownership of USD 5M+ annual revenue
- Currently located in the UAE
