Job Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce an opening for a Senior Manager - Data Analytics - Development Financial Analysis. In this vital role, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance our financial analysis processes and deliver exceptional support for our development projects. Your expertise in data analytics will play a crucial role in shaping financial strategies and decision-making processes in alignment with our vision for the future of entertainment in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze monthly performance of all projects in the portfolio
- Track key portfolio KPIs including IRR, ROE, margins, and cash flow
- Own and maintain business plans for all projects, including financial models
- Update monthly business plans with actual data and revise forecasts
- Conduct business plan variance analysis
- Run scenario analysis and sensitivity testing on business plans
- Present business plans for approval at stage gateway committees
- Develop and maintain portfolio-level dashboards
- Serve as focal point for financial and performance information for stakeholders
- Identify value creation opportunities across the portfolio
- Establish and enforce reporting standards, templates, and SOPs
- Drive automation and technology adoption in reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in data analytics, finance, statistics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Education: CA / ACCA / CPA / MBA / CFA
- 8-12 years of experience in sports/experiential assets development covering feasibility studies and financial modelling
- 2-3 years of experience in portfolio reporting
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (dynamic DCF modeling, waterfalls, sensitivity tables)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with macros and Python integration
- Hands-on experience with Power Query and Power Pivot
- Expert level proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools
