Financial Analyst (HR Analytics)
Job Description
TripleTen is looking for a Financial Analyst (HR Analytics) to join our Finance team. This role blends financial analysis, HR metrics, and accounting processes to support workforce planning, compensation analysis, and data-backed decision-making as we scale.
Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning and budgeting
- Partner with Finance, People Operations, and Stakeholders on headcount forecasting
- Improve data accuracy and transparency by reconciling HR data with financial systems
- Deliver actionable HR financial insights via reports and dashboards
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a related analytical role
- Strong understanding of HR metrics and their impact on financial outcomes
- Solid knowledge of accounting processes, including payroll, accruals, and expense recognition
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
