Creative Visual Designer
Job Description
As a Creative Visual Designer, you will be responsible for elevating the visual identity of Legends’ Global’s new business deliverables—from initial concept to final design. You will collaborate closely with business development leaders, writers, and strategists to translate ideas and stories into compelling visuals that showcase the power of Legends Global’s brand and capabilities. You will work quickly and confidently in PowerPoint, InDesign, and other design tools, balancing creativity with efficiency to deliver top-tier work under tight deadlines. This role is remote.
Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging pitches, proposals, RFP responses, and presentation materials
- Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
- Collaborate with business development leads and writers to bring strategy, data, and storytelling to life visually
- Manage your own workload and timelines to meet tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Translate complex ideas into clean, intuitive, visually impactful layouts
- Develop templates, graphic assets, and design systems that enhance team efficiency and consistency
- Actively contribute creative ideas that improve the quality and effectiveness of business development materials
- Support the continuous improvement of internal design workflows and creative tools
- Balance multiple projects while staying flexible, responsive, and solutions oriented
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with all Legends Global policies and applicable laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in design or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or marketing design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in presentation, proposal, or brand design
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft PowerPoint
