Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment across sales, operations, and management
- Identify and engage top talent using LinkedIn and job portals
- Candidate assessment and interviewing
- Prepare and negotiate offers
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of proven recruitment experience
- Real estate experience is a strong plus
- 4 years recruitment experience required
