Job Description

Handle leads by managing high-intent unit and project requests by connecting customers with developer sales and ensuring closure. Classify intent and route them to the correct funnel/team with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Validate customer request, budget fit, and purchase readiness
  • Connect customers with developer sales and follow up
  • Track milestones including reservation steps and documents
  • Identify customer intent and classify into correct funnels
  • Maintain strict SLAs for first action and assignment
  • Maintain accurate CRM data
  • Participate in QA reviews and coaching
  • Flag recurring routing issues and developer friction points

Qualifications

  • 6+ months to 2 years of experience in sales operations, inside sales, telesales or leads management roles
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English
