Strategy & Performance Management Manager
Job Description
Our Partner, a well-established corporate group, is seeking a Manager to lead strategic planning and enterprise-wide performance management. You will define the organization's strategic direction, monitor corporate scorecards, and drive performance alignment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate mid- and long-term strategic plans
- Lead definition of strategic objectives and KPIs
- Design and implement corporate performance management systems
- Prepare corporate scorecard evaluation reports for management
- Monitor strategic initiatives and enterprise-level projects
- Coordinate identification of strategic risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering
- Proven experience in strategic planning and performance management
- Solid knowledge of Balanced Scorecard or OKR frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in English
