Finance Accounting Manager (all genders)
Job Description
OPmobility is seeking a Finance Accounting Manager to lead the accounting team, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with statutory accounting and group reporting standards in Tuzla, Istanbul.
Responsibilities
- Leading and managing the accounting team
- Overseeing all accounting processes including bank, supplier, and customer accounts
- Reconciling general ledger accounts and managing the monthly closing process
- Preparing and presenting financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow)
- Ensuring timely submission of official declarations to tax authorities
- Coordinating with internal and external auditors
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
Qualifications
- A minimum of 8 years in similar role, with experience in supervising a team
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Deep knowledge of local laws and tax regulations
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong understanding of statutory accounting rules and IFRS
- Proficiency in SAP and advanced Microsoft Office skills
