Job Description
Henkel is looking for a Jr. Plant HR Business Partner for its manufacturing site in GEBKİM. The role focuses on blue-collar workforce management, industrial relations, and implementing HR strategies at the plant level.
Responsibilities
- Act as main HR contact for production employees
- Implement HR policies at the plant level
- Manage industrial relations and labor law compliance
- Coordinate recruitment for production roles
- Drive plant culture and engagement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5 years+ of HR experience in production environments
- Strong knowledge of labor law and industrial relations
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
