Senior Associate- GRC
Job Description
Lead the design and implementation of enterprise governance frameworks and risk management strategies. Advise organizations on board effectiveness, risk transformation, and regulatory compliance. Work with C-suite executives and Board members to deliver practical, high-impact GRC solutions. Ideal for candidates from top-tier consulting or specialized GRC advisory backgrounds.
Responsibilities
- Design, assess, and implement corporate governance frameworks
- Develop and review Board Charters and governance policies
- Support formation and effectiveness of Boards and Committees
- Design and deploy Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
- Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments
- Mentor and coach junior consultants
Qualifications
- 5–7 years in GRC advisory, risk consulting, internal audit, or governance
- CPA, ACCA, CIA, CFE, FRM, GRCP preferred
- Governance certifications (e.g., ICSA) preferred
