Job Description

Lead the design and implementation of enterprise governance frameworks and risk management strategies. Advise organizations on board effectiveness, risk transformation, and regulatory compliance. Work with C-suite executives and Board members to deliver practical, high-impact GRC solutions. Ideal for candidates from top-tier consulting or specialized GRC advisory backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Design, assess, and implement corporate governance frameworks
  • Develop and review Board Charters and governance policies
  • Support formation and effectiveness of Boards and Committees
  • Design and deploy Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks
  • Conduct enterprise-wide risk assessments
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years in GRC advisory, risk consulting, internal audit, or governance
  • CPA, ACCA, CIA, CFE, FRM, GRCP preferred
  • Governance certifications (e.g., ICSA) preferred
