Job Description
As a Fleet Control Tower Agent, you will be on the front lines of our control center monitoring live fleet data, identifying safety violations, and taking immediate action based on our escalation protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor live fleet data and identify safety violations
- Provide real-time monitoring and customer support
- Validate reported violations accurately
- Take immediate corrective actions with drivers
- Maintain detailed shift records of all violations
- Escalate high-risk violations to senior leadership
- Analyze driver behavior trends using big data tools
Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in a call center, shared services, or control tower environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
