Call Center Asistant Specialist
Job Description
Fulfilling the requests received by the call center, informing guests about services/products, and following up on processes.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilling call center requests
- Informing guests about products/services
- Following up the guest service process
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Tourism or relevant fields
- Good command of English
- Preferably 1 year work experience in travel agencies or call centers
- Living in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul
