Job Description
Functions as Service Business Leader. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of the services sales and fulfillment processes in its goal of operational excellence. Responsible for the performance of the Service area and is accountable for the strategy and achievement of specific business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Drive the services business from sales and fulfillment for the Kuwait region.
- Ensures quality standards of all service operation processes.
- Manage the fulfillment teams, both back end and front end.
- Participate in annual operating plan preparation.
- Monitor and drive training programs and technician career development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of + 5 years of experience in leading and managing teams.
- + 5 years of proven experience in P&L Management.
- Previous experience in the HVAC industry is a must.
