Job Description
To provide Accounting assistance to the Production Team - dealing with all matters that arise during the course of the Production and to provide regular Final Cost and projection information to Production Executive and Head of Production. This position is open to Saudi Nationals only.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that Vendor Invoices are properly coded and authorised for payment
- Liaising with Accounts Payable on all Payables issues
- Managing and reconciling Production Pre-Paid Cards
- Managing and reconciling expenditure on Production Credit Cards
- Dealing with T&E expenses using the Concur system
- Assisting with monthly Actual Cost Reporting against Budget
- Analysing and explaining Budget v Actual variances
Qualifications
- Saudi Nationals only
- Studying for a recognised Accounting Qualification (such as SOCPA)
- University Degree or equivalent in an Accounting related subject
- Previous experience in an Accounting/Finance environment
