Exterior Design Visualizer & Detailer
Job Description
Hamadah Architecture is looking for an exceptional Exterior Designer to join our team. This role requires an individual with a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to bring concepts to life and detail them. The designer will lead the design process from conception to completion and collaborate with project teams to develop creative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Leading and participating in the design process from conception to completion
- Collaborating with project teams to develop creative solutions
- Creating 2D and 3D design presentations, detail drawings, sketches, renderings, and computer-generated images
- Conducting research to stay current with latest design trends and technologies
- Communicating design ideas and details with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the design industry, with a focus on exterior design
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong portfolio showcasing exterior design projects
