Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented coordinator to manage online orders, track inventory, print invoices, and handle customer communication through WhatsApp. The role is based at SUIT, a premium women’s fashion brand.

Responsibilities

Receive and process online orders daily
Print orders and prepare them for packing and shipping
Monitor stock levels and update inventory regularly
Coordinate with store and shipping teams
Respond to customers via WhatsApp
Record returns and maintain accurate documentation
