Enterprise Sales Development Representative
Job Description
The Enterprise Sales Development Representative (E-SDR) at Delinea is a vital connection between Sales and Marketing teams, focusing on generating and qualifying leads to create business opportunities in the Enterprise space. You will initiate communication with potential customers, research account intelligence, and build relationships with IT decision-makers.
Responsibilities
- Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Process and qualify inbound leads to generate sales opportunities
- Identify net new opportunities in white space accounts
- Execute 50+ outbound activities daily to build a pipeline
- Conduct research to gather account intelligence
- Partner with Sales team to develop go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing on key events to drive attendance
- Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a SDR role
